Reservation Policy:
All reservations require 1/2 the total due when the
reservation is made. The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
A credit card security deposit for the villas and cabins is also
required at check-in. No personal checks will be accepted at check-in.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be in writing or faxed in and
the date of cancellation is the date the letter or fax is received.
If the cancellation is received prior to 15 days of arrival the
entire amount due less 20% will be refunded. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS
if notified 15 days or less prior to your expected arrival. No
refunds due to bad weather or missing the ferry. For cancellations
30 or more days in advance, a fee of $25 will be charged.
No cancellations for RV sites or Campsites; rescheduling only.
