Cancellation Policy

50% down is required to make a reservation if booking your reservation 30 days or more before your check in date.

The full amount of the reservation is required at the time of booking if making your reservation less than 30 days before your check in date.

 

We offer a Full Refund to any guest wishing to cancel their reservation more than 30 days before their expected check in date minus a $35.00 processing fee.

We offer a 50% Refund for a cancellation 15 to 30 days before your expected check in date minus a $35.00 processing fee.

There is No Refund for a cancellation less than 15 days before the expected check in date.

 

* There are not any Refunds given for missing the ferry or due to poor weather conditions.

*Linens, blankets, and towels are not included in our rentals
