The Middle Bass Marina, Miller Ferry, and Sonny-S, and Inter-Island Charters
There are two main ways for you to get from the mainland to Middle Bass Island and two ways to get from Middle Bass to downtown Put-in-Bay.
Coming to the island is part of the adventure.
The Middle Bass Marina and State Park
If you or your friends have a boat, you can can dock in the state park marina, which has 184 slips. The state park and marina is a boater’s paradise and one of Ohio’s newest state parks. From there, Hazards is a short walk away.
The Miller Ferry
The Miller Boat Line takes you to and from Middle Bass Island. You can buy tickets when you arrive, but will want to call in advance to reserve a vehicle if you plan on having your own transportation on the island.
The Middle Bass Ferry
The Sonny S takes you from Middle Bass Island to Put-in-Bay. Tickets are sold before getting on the boat, which is located in the same area as the Miller dock.
